Seems like my guess on the airing date of The Boiling Rock is correct. The writers of Avatar, Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko , have confirmed in an interview that The Boiling Rock will air AFTER the release date of the DVD.

Based on this comment, and assuming it is true, AND considering the facts in my previous post
it might not be far fetch to conclude that the Avatar Team figures that a lot more people will buy the DVD if they halt TV releases of new episodes until the DVD is released. For certain, they are not into a money-losing move here. My bet is that Avatar will air again on TV once the DVD is released, which will happen on May 16th.

Whether this comment is true or no, I’ve decided out of respect to the Avatar team, to remove my page that links to all up-to-date Avatar episodes. There are plenty of other sites that does this anyway.

Nickelodeon and Paramount Home Entertainment have announced the release date of the Vol III whole Fire Volume DVD set which is about to happen on May 16th. This means that we’ll get our oh-so-much awaited Boiling Rock Part 1 and 2 and 3 other episodes. The episodes on the DVD will include “Day of the Black Sun, Part 2: The Eclipse,” “The Western Air Temple,” “The Firebending Masters,” “The Boiling Rock: Part 1″ and “The Boiling Rock: Part 2″.Below is the front cover
